Thanks!
This is the best compilation of it's kind I have ever seen. I'm going to give a copy to all of my students. They need to be properly equipped for the years to come. The appendix really sheds some light on the real causes behind the civil war, and the attempts (ongoing today) of the British to control and exploit is former "colonies" -

Another lunatic law-illiteracy --
The Founders established the Continental Congress -- which is gov't -- in which they passed a resolution urging the states to adopt constitutions -- which they did, thus establishing the colony/state gov'ts as gov'ts distinct from the original charters.
And they wrotewrote, during 1776, among other things, the "Declaration of Independence". The "Declaration" is EXPRESSLY a declaration of independence FROM BRITAIN.
The Founders did not declare independence from the Continental Congress. Nor did they declare independence from the colony/state gov'ts, because they controlled the colony/state gov'ts.
In sum: we call the Founders FOUNDERS because they FOUNDED gov'ts. And they FOUNDED gov'ts becasue they were PRO-gov't.
Moreover, as the Constitution gives the authority to enforce the laws, beginning with the Constitution (the "Declaration" was never law), to the Executive branch. They did not give that authority to the private UNELECTED citizen, or authorize the private citizen to make up law-illiterate anti-Constitutional gibberish.
_____
"No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it." [emphasis added]
_____
And it is the JUDICIARY that determines whether a law is Constitutional, NOT the private citizen. Were the latter given such authority, we would have anarchy.
